A six month café work-study exchange for artists who love hospitality. You’ll batch cold drinks each morning, make hot drinks to order, and keep the café warm and welcoming — receiving a flat per-shift stipend plus a Creator Membership.

You’re in LA to create and pursue your dreams — we support that entirely, and sustaining it is exactly what the clubhouse exists to do. These roles ask for real commitment, dedication, and integrity in return; we’re looking for the right people, ready to deepen their involvement in our ecosystem and creative community.

Important to know

This is a work-study exchange, not an official salaried position. Baristas receive a flat per-shift stipend of $50, plus a free $197 Creator Membership — along with full access to our space, community, and creative resources. It’s a work-study arrangement: the stipend reflects your participation in the exchange, not formal wages or employment.

The Café Barista

Batch-prep cold drinks each morning to stock the fridge — sold for grab-and-go all day
Make hot drinks to order for guests during café hours
Open, run, and close the café on schedule as the welcoming face of the space

Mon – Fri · 9 AM – 12 PM

Café Shift

One barista per day. Strict arrival 8:30 AM — hot drinks made to order, plus cold drinks pulled from the morning batch. Cleanup begins 12 PM, out by 12:30 PM.

Weekends

Prep Shifts

Two prep shifts on the weekends, while the café is closed to guests — batch-prepping cold drinks so the fridge stays stocked for the week. Seven shifts per week total: five regular + two prep.

At least 2 shifts / week · $50 / shift flat stipend + a free $197 Creator Membership

A Home Base at Feybl

Open daily from 8 AM – 2 AM.

Pro Film Gear

Sony FX3 & FX30 cameras, Sony lenses, lighting & tripods, Podcast DJI microphone setup.

Guest Access

Bring one guest each visit.

Per-Shift Stipend

A flat $50 stipend each shift. Part of the exchange, not a salary.
